PASSPORT TO WORLD BAND RADIO Edition. By Larry Magne I.B.S.. A must have book for every world band listener. Here is everything you need to know about when and where to hear the world; hour by hour, country by country and frequency by frequency. Also includes candid, hard hitting reviews on worldband radios including portables and tabletop.   Being able to hear South American stations on the 60 meter band (aside from Rebelde on , now I'm lucky if I get a grainy sounding, mostly-unreadable Brazilian station on that band) I miss Passport, WRTH (hard to find around here, because there are very few, if any bookstores around here -- another casualty of new technology).

Passport is dense--it's much heavier than its compact size suggests--with articles, program lists, equipment descriptions, and the Blue Pages, a comprehensive Reviews: PASSPORT TO WORLD BAND RADIO IS A GOOD BOOK FOR SW RADIO FANS.
